Marianas Coffee was born in the South Pacific, surrounded by blue water, warm trade winds, and the relaxed spirit of Saipan. More than twenty years later, every batch is still roasted here—the same island craft behind every cup.

Marianas Coffee began in 2004 at Chuck and Ann Jordan’s home on Saipan, inspired by the island and a love for a truly smooth cup.
The first locally roasted beans led to the original Hyatt Blend. What began at home became a local favorite—and is still roasted in Saipan today.
